Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 October 2026
The terms for using the God Plays Dice publishing website and its public material.
TERMS
Use this site as an invitation to question, read, and examine evidence—not as a substitute for professional advice or scientific validation.
Scope of these terms
These terms govern officialgodplaysdice.com, the main book, author, press, and public-research site. That includes the Question Library. The Architect service at architect.officialgodplaysdice.com has closed, and its old addresses now lead here.
Book and research status
GOD PLAYS DICE™ presents a working hypothesis, not a discovery claim. The book’s frozen record and later exploratory work—including the separate Theory of Mutation by Natural Dominance (TMD) family—are intentionally separated. The HDBLAST record—my public research archive for the higher-dimensional blast—is likewise a dated research archive, not an assertion that a higher-dimensional blast caused the Big Bang. Zenodo provides public provenance, not peer review, independent validation, or a scientific verdict.
Research use and professional advice
Public materials may be incomplete, provisional, corrected, superseded, or wrong. Do not rely on this site for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions. Check the exact dated record, cited sources, license, methods, and current status before reusing research material or describing a claim.
The Question Library
The Question Library answers big questions in plain language, with the evidence and its sources. Every answer shows how sure we are, using the labels explained on our Editorial Standards page. Answers are written with AI assistance, fact-checked against their sources and reviewed before they go up. They can still be incomplete or wrong, and we correct them openly when we find out. Ricardo’s own ideas, including HD-Blast, are always labeled “Author’s hypothesis”: they are not established science. The Library is a place for questions, not counseling or professional advice. If a question is personal right now, see where to find support, or call or text 988 in the US.
All Access membership
- What you get. All Access lets you read every long answer in the Question Library, including the long answers that explain Ricardo’s own research (Author’s hypothesis), and the research explainers (the Holy Grail collection): explainers of Ricardo’s own research (Author’s hypothesis), prepared from his public records; editorial methods are explained on our Editorial Standards page. Checking is not peer review. The short answer, how sure we are and every source stay free for everyone. Paying never buys a different answer.
- Price and renewal. Memberships are billed yearly or monthly at the price shown on the join page and on Stripe’s checkout page before you pay. They renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. A Founding Member rate stays the same for as long as the membership continues without a break.
- Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from your account page (“Manage billing or cancel”). You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- Refunds. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, write to us and we will refund it in full. After that, we don’t refund partial periods.
- Payments. Stripe handles all payments. Your card details go to Stripe, never to this site.
- Price changes. If a price ever changes, we will email members at least 30 days before the change affects them, and you can cancel before then.
- Free reading. Without a membership you can read a few long answers each month (the number is on the join page). The long answers that explain Ricardo’s own research (Author’s hypothesis) are for All Access members only; the free allowance doesn’t open them. Answers about death, grief and crisis are always free in full. The status of Ricardo’s own research (Author’s hypothesis) is always free for everyone: what each idea proposes and what it does not claim, its strongest challenge, what would rule it out, and anything corrected or withdrawn. It is on the Research Notebook and its Test Ledger.
Giveaways
Any GOD PLAYS DICE™ giveaway will be governed by the specific Official Rules published for that promotion. Until those rules and an entry form are live, newsletter signup is not an entry. No purchase will be required, and a purchase will not improve the chance of receiving a prize. If general site language and the Official Rules differ, the Official Rules control.
Availability and links
Book formats, publication dates, prices, ISBNs, and retailer links are displayed only when confirmed. External archives, retailers, and social platforms operate under their own availability and terms. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement on the destination site.
Contact
Use the contact page for book, media, event, permissions or research questions, and for help with your account, membership, billing, cancellation or a refund. Never send passwords or payment-card numbers through any form.
Ask the Architect pilot
Ask the Architect is available to All Access members subject to daily and shared monthly usage limits and service availability. AI responses can contain mistakes and are not professional medical, legal or financial advice. Follow the cited sources and check important details. The existing Library and other membership services remain available if the AI allowance is exhausted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the list below says what changed and when. A change applies from its date. It does not take away anything a paid membership includes before the end of the period already paid for, except services these terms describe as depending on availability.
What changed
- 1 October 2026: Until this date, this section said that everything about Ricardo’s own research was always free in full. That was wider than what the site delivered: his research drafts in Ask the Architect were already for All Access members only. From this date, what stays free for everyone is the status of his research (Author’s hypothesis): what each idea proposes and what it does not claim, its strongest challenge, what would rule it out, and anything corrected or withdrawn. Answers about death, grief and crisis are unchanged: always free in full.
- 1 October 2026: The long answers that explain Ricardo’s own research (Author’s hypothesis) are now for All Access members only; the free allowance doesn’t open them. The status of his research stays free, as above.
- 1 October 2026: Research explainers (the Holy Grail collection) were added to All Access: explainers of Ricardo’s own research (Author’s hypothesis), prepared from his public records; editorial methods are explained on our Editorial Standards page. Checking is not peer review. This is a new collection, not the Holy Grail plan of the retired Architect website. The status of each idea, and a free summary of every live explainer, stay on the Research Notebook.
